Questions regarding reporting inappropriate behavior from a participant

I recently reported a participant / Zoom bomber for inappropriate and offensive behavior during a meeting. Two questions:

1) How long after reporting a participant is there "resolution" to the case?

2) Is there any way to permanently block a participant from future meetings?

Thanks!

Hi @DL1

  1. We don't provide a specific timeline, as each case reported to Zoom is unique and may require additional investigation. That info can be found here: https://explore.zoom.us/en/trust/trust-safety/
  2. Unfortunately, there is no way to prevent a specific participant from rejoining your meetings. There are some security controls, such as blocking users with specific domains from your meetings, but that might block too many if they are connected with a widely used email service, such as Gmail, Yahoo, or others.
