Questions about sending attendees an email invite to accept to their google or outlook calendar

How do I send a meeting invite out to my attendees for them to accept it to their outlook/google calendar? How can I protect the privacy of all these emails by bcc them in the invite?

What is the purpose of listing all the attendee's emails when creating a meeting when it doesn't send them an invite to accept the meeting?

You would need to create a separate calendar invite for each attendee to ensure they have a calendar invite they can accept that protects their privacy. If you want to automate there is a marketplace app, Salepager, that lets you send separate bcc calendar invites to each attendee for them to accept and protect their privacy.
