Hi @Amgreen8, double-check the setting, “Hide participant profile pictures in a meeting”. Located in the Zoom Web Portal, Settings ➡️ Meeting ➡️under “In Meeting (Basic)”, and disable Hide participant profile pictures in a meeting.
