Why does my profile picture keep changing back to an original photo from 2018?

Hi @meshellbaker not sure if I've experienced anything like this before as you need to manually upload local files from your desktop... Suggest looking into your profile and changing back your profile image https://zoom.us/profile

Hi RN
I had a local file from my desktop uploaded as my profile picture, and it keeps disappearing - not only going back to just my name, but an ugly green square with an initial in it. Its annoying. I've reset it so many times. Even when i've deleted my profile picture, and deleted the ugly green square and left it with no picture, the ugly green square returns. this has been ongoing for a few months now and is super frustrating. 
Any ideas?
