Problems with free Zoom Version

Good morning,

   For the past week I have been working with a student online helping him with his Physical science homework.  We have been working together since September.  Just this past week, after my free 40 minute session ends and we both rejoin my meeting room, when the student shares his screen, I can not see it.  All is says is "Student is sharing his screen" but my screen is completely blank.  I have three other students that I work with but they do not share their screens.  I am not sure how to fix this problem.  I want to be able to give him the full hour of tutoring, but I can not help him with his assignments if I can not see his screen.  Is there a quick fix for this issue?
