Problems with Live Zoom Meetings Freezing

During my live Zoom meetings, it freezes and repeats the motion over and over.  I use Zoom to teach live fitness classes, and this keeps happening.  I have to stop the video and come back.  I teach far away from the computer and have to stop the class and come back.    It has happened since updating Zoom's latest version this year (2023).

 

What should I do?

Restart your computer. If Zoom video or camera still freezes after a restart, uninstall the Zoom client and reinstall the latest version from our Download Center.

Experiencing the same issues... clients are getting really frustrated with the sessions.  Not a good thing for my business and a bad reputation for ZOOM as many are asking to now switch to TEAMS.
