Hi everyone,

The latest Zoom release on February 27, 2023, resolved an issue where licensed users received a 40-minute time limit on meetings with Zoom Outlook plugin. Please update Zoom to the latest version to resolve this issue. I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.  Thank you!

Log out of app, close app, reopen app, log into app. If Outlook is used, close Outlook before all of this.

The user is using outlook desktop windows 10and when they try to shcedule a zoom meeting with duration more than 40 minttes so randomly get the popup that informed them that they are  basic users and can not use meeting longer than 40 min

Make sure they have the client downloaded and installed and that they are logged into their paid Zoom account.

They have already logged in with their work account that registred in zoom and all these useres are licences
