My zoom conference (meeting) is simply not responding. Stops working 30 seconds after I log in (app stops working)

Some users are experiencing issues with Zoom v 5.16..  If you install an older version, it should work for you. Try 5.15.11 from here,  https://zoom-us-zoom.en.uptodown.com/windows/versions
