Problem w video cutting off users on IPad

never used to have a problem but some update seems to cut off the top squares if more than nine attendees come on the screen. Have done all the zoom updates.  Thanks!

Hey @DebinATL interesting, as I  don't believe that's the intended user experience nor have an iPad to test with. Is it possible to get a screenshot of the cut-off of the attendees? Have you tried uninstalling Zoom as well and reinstalling, as well as ensuring your iPad uptodate?

I have also the problem of top of top row being cut off.  This has been going on for months!  It causes me not to be able to see raised hands which is annoying. 
The attachments are from a meeting this morning using an iPad 6th gen.  But on my iPad Pro 12 4th gen. The problem is exactly the same.  If you need me to take screen shots with the iPad Pro, please let me know.
