Presentation(desktop share) issue with Cisco product

Hello team !!!

 

I faced an issue with presentation (share desktop) by Cisco products (SX80, Jabber).

 I start the Zoom Meeting, to Zoom meeting connected 1,2_PC with Zoom Workplace app and connected 3_Jabber client over SIP Cloud Room Connector.

1st step, 1PC share the own desktop, 2PC see shared desktop, 3_Jabber don't see the shared desktop.

2nd step, 3_Jabber client share the own desktop, 1,2 PC see the 3_Jabber shared desktop.

3rd step, 1PC share the own desktop, 2PC see shared desktop, 3_Jabber see the shared desktop.

4rd step, 3_Jabber exit from Zoom meeting and join again, there is no visibility share/shared desktop to/from 3_Jabber client, until make 1-3 steps.

 

What could be the problem, has anyone encountered such a problem ?
