Hi folks
I am trying to work out the best way to manage who attends a meeting without putting up barriers to entry.
Participants have already been asked to register on my client's website, so we don't want them to have to register again. The other issue I am trying to avoid is people being required to have a Zoom account or to use the app. I tried to pre-register people today and on testing it my client, when joining by phone, received the following message: Ready to get started? Download from the App store.
I have checked my Settings and "Only authenticated meeting participants and webinar attendees can join meetings and webinars" is not selected.
How do we pre-register people so they can just click on the link?
Cheers
Todd
