PortalTV Virtual Background

I just started using Zoom on my Facebook PortalTV, and can't add a custom virtual background.  The app says it can be done at https://zoom.us/profile/setting I can't find it.  Can someone help?

I am however unfamiliar with the PortalTV, can you capture the message prompt trying to add the virtual background if you're able to?
