Poor Audio with ear buds

Using JLab Go Air buds the audio is poor quality with crackles and pops from other participants. I have no issues on other devices or on my laptop with other apps. Could it be the background noise suppression setting? Thanks

Hey @Starship001, have you tried to configure those settings and see if it made a difference? Try in-meeting to enable “turn on Original sound” Screen Shot 2021-08-18 at 12.12.30 PM.png.

You can also try testing your audio within the Desktop client Audio Settings. Test Speaker, and test Microphone to see if you have any crackling or feedback from your JLab Go Air Buds, and double-check that they're selected for both the speaker and microphone! Hope this helps!
