Pin a speaker when other in the spotlight

Hello,

I have tried to pin a user when the admin has other in the spotlight for everyone, but I'm not able to do it.

Do you know if this is possible or how can I do it?

If you are unable to pin or spotlight anyone, it could be that the host of the meeting is spotlighting a primary active speaker for all participants, which prevents you from pinning or spotlighting someone else.
