People can not enter the meeting

hello!

Today i was on the meeting but no one could enter. They said that the sparowl was moving but not going futher than that so they could not enter

one of them got a message that the meeting was not opened.

Can you please help me?  I will have an othet meeting tomorrow and every thing must be readdy

I am sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. I believe this may have been related to an issue Zoom experienced yesterday. You can find out more on Zoom's status page at: https://status.zoom.us/incidents/r5pcn7rfbwl1 

 

The issue has since been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues I think that the next option would be to reach out to Zoom Support for further analysis and investigation.
