Delete account with deleted apple id relay account

My personal email is <sample email>. This is my apple id. I somehow created in the past a zoom account using my apple id and a private relay address. I deleted the private relay address from my apple id. I also moved <sample email> to my main zoom account. However, when I sign in with my apple id and sign in with apple that now has <sample email>, I'm signed into the private relay account. How can I delete this account so that sign in with apple authenticates me into my main account?

@dwappleid - If the relay account is a free account, you can go into your profile, scroll to the bottom and there is an option to delete the account from zoom.

The problem is that it expects to send an email and that is the private relay that no longer exists.

I just tried, and it deleted the account without getting an email, I just had to enter my password.
