PMI passcode changed on its own.

Hi All,

We are using zoom links to join guests and we are continuously using same link from last so many days. But today same link stated asking for password. when checked found passcode has been changed to 1234. we have 4 different IDs and all IDs passcode changed to 1234. Can someone please help how this can done. Is it done by somebody manually or something is done by zoom only. 

Please help.
