Outlook Calendar and Zoom Calendar Don't Align

I schedule meetings in outlook and have a Zoom add-on to attach a Zoom link to the meeting. For roughly 50% of the meetings I schedule, the date/time in Outlook will be correct, while the date/time in Zoom is wrong (usually shows the meeting being for an earlier date and time). How can I fix this?

This comes down to the outlook integration. Zoom provides a robust API documentation but it's up to third parties to build a robust integration. There are Zoom integrated scheduling app such as Salepager that let you schedule Zoom meetings that sync 100% to your Zoom account with the correct date and time.
