Outlook Calendar and Zoom Calendar Don't Align

I schedule meetings in outlook and have a Zoom add-on to attach a Zoom link to the meeting. For roughly 50% of the meetings I schedule, the date/time in Outlook will be correct, while the date/time in Zoom is wrong (usually shows the meeting being fo...
