can I have another staff member have a login / ability to create and run meetings off my account?

Hi @AWSWBK you may not share an account due to the Zoom terms of service https://explore.zoom.us/en/terms/ under "ACCOUNT INFORMATION; SHARING" 

 

However, you can add a user to the account by managing the users and Using scheduling privilege

thanks, appears I dont have the licence that supports users being able to run their own meetings.  Appreciate the response.
