Other person freezes

My Zoom seems fine. With three separate other users, they freeze after a short time, only unfreezing when they move their device. Can't find this anywhere on the net...

Hope everything is well

Is this issue happening when sharing the screen? If so you can try to reduce your fps on your share screen to 6

You can change this by going into your Zoom Meeting application and click your profile picture at the top right of your Zoom Meeting App then select Settings then Share screen then Advanced and "Limit your screen share to"

Try resizing the window or switching back and forth between gallery and speaker mode. If that unfreezes their cameras, then you're having the same issue as I am.
