Original sound for musicans

I recently upgraded to a huawei matestation x and I can no longer  play music for my music lesson.  I set all the zoom settings to original sound for musicans but the microphone doesn't pick up the sound.  If I do a sound check the microphone picks up my voice perfrectly but when I play music it doesn't register.  I have used Zoom on my old computer for music lessons for a couple of years without a problem. Andy suggestions would be appreciated Andy

I am having the same issue. In addition to the microphone, for some reason I also cannot hear the teacher playing his instrument. Help

I offer meditation practices and nobody can hear the bell. I cannot even find any option for original sound on Zoom on my new Imac.
