Organization Logo and Text with YouTube LiveStream

When running a meeting we are streaming to YouTube, sometimes we have a break of 10 minutes until the meeting reconvenes.  Can we display a logo and message that streams to YouTube instead of just an empty video?

Install OBS Studio with the NDI plugin then route OBS output to NDI webcam 1 and select NDI webcam 1 as the video and audio source in Zoom. This will bypass the need to screen share since OBS Studio now looks like a webcam to Zoom.
