Not requiring a Passcode?

Hello All!   Looking for an answer.

I am the meeting administrator for my organization. When I schedule a meeting and pass along the "invite link" to my participants, they all come across a window asking them for a "pass code". In the past we have never needed a pass code and users just clicked the link.

I looked at my meeting setup and the checkbox for the option of requiring a pass code is greyed out. (See attached pic).  How can I create a meeting with an invite link that doesn't require a pass code?

Thanks for your help!

Hi @Spilot113 , thank you for posting for the first time!

Try these steps to see if you can unlock the passcode setting for your account:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation panel, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  3. Under Security, locate Passcode Requirement
  4. Select the passcode requirements that you want to enable for your account.

This should do the trick! Let me know how it goes.

Thank you Carla....I am stuck on step 2.  😉

I don't see "Account Settings" under Account Management.  (See screenshot)

I am the Admin....I created the account.
