If we have a paid account and did not accidentally record the meeting, does ZOOM have it on a cloud?

Sorry, @maja1 -- Zoom doesn't make recordings, unless you start one in the Cloud or Locally.  If you didn't record it, and if you didn't authorize any attendees to record it, then there's no recording available.


Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.

We did set the webinar to record and it is not listing in the  recordings section.  Is there a place on the web that it can be retrieved?  The day of this webinar, we had a scheduled webinar that many attendees could not log into so we sent a new link during the event and rescheduled for 30 min later.  We then created a second webinar for that same day and set it to record in the settings.  However, the recording does not show up in the Recordings section.

Are you association with the event mentioned by maja1, or is this a separate event?  I'm assuming it's probably a new event...

 

Most of us are volunteers here in the Zoom Community and don’t have access to account information or ability research information relating to accounts, meetings, and recordings. While it's possible you might get some answers from folks in the Community, Zoom Staff can definitely help you with this request.

 

I'd highly suggest submitting a Support Ticket directly to Zoom Staff at:
