Not able to pay

Hi,

I have been trying to pay my bill but could not succeed.

i don't know why it does not accept cards and that's not only me it's all my team suffered with the same problem once or twice. i even created an account in Paypal but that did not work too, with two or three different credit and debit cards.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this problem.

Hey @abhijeetmark, were you prompt any specific error code when attempting to process your purchase? You can look into the Error Codes for Billing KB article here.

 

If you're still having issues, our Zoom billing team doesn't monitor the Community therefore for any further assistance you would need to reach out here
