Hello!
We are using zoom conferences for webrtc connections in our product. We're not using the api due to app constraints, so we are using virtual devices to send and receive audio from zoom. We have multiple people in the call and receive the audio as a single combined audio stream from all of them and record it. We have ran into an issue where the audio is fine in the live conference itself, but there is an issue with the recording that one of the participants has quiet or echoey audio. Is there anything that can be done about this issue? Maybe there's an encoding mismatch between the particular user and the receiving end?
