No gallery view option when I join a meeting

I just bought a new Mac osx and now when signing into a meeting there is no option for gallery view. I only see participants when they speak individually

It's possible that you joined a Zoom Webinar, and in a Webinar the host has much more control of what you can and cannot see. That would be my guess.
