Hello, I have an ASUS Chromebook CX1 14 inch. Zoom will only display videos at standard definition. I have gone into settings and turned on HD video, but it still shows only in SD. I have tried Skype and Google Meet and I have no problem getting HD video with these programs.
So, how can I fix this?

Hi @gcampbel
The meeting your are attending, or the account you are using, will need to be enabled for HD at the account level. The HD setting in the client itself does not enable HD alone.

You may also want to check that your actual Chromebook meets the requirements for HD for Zoom specifically.
Hope this helps.

Yes, I did enable HD at account level. I also tried jumping through the other hoops, but no change. It looks like it is goodbye to Zoom and hello to Google Meet. Using Google Meet HD is just there, I don't have to do anything.

I have the same problem on a Chromebook. No HD video. Does anybody know if this issue has been fixed or is there no intention to make HD video available to Chromebook users?
