My browser lags only during zoom meetings!

My laptop runs smoothly but during Zoom meetings, when sharing my screen, sites like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and OneDrive Excel sheets load very slowly. I have already attempted network adaptor switching to a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection and reinstalling Zoom, but haven't seen significant improvements. My laptop is an HP AMD Ryzen 3 with 8GB RAM and a 1TB hard drive and 2.6 ghz processor.

My wifi speed is 200mbps

What should I do?

Yes, this is a shared experience.
If you go to the Zoom settings and look at statistics, you can see the performance of your laptop.

The browser will usually be slower, as it gives priority to the two video feeds.
