Music Stream stops when someone talks

Hello,

I am hosting events on Zoom.

One of the participants streams his music into our room but as soon as I talk, the music stops and when I stop talking it continues.

For comparison:

If I stream my Spotify into Zoom via audio only  the music does NOT get cut off.

But if someone else streams in it does. Any solution?

I am having the same issue, is yours resolved?

Thanks

Not yet. I wonder how I can talk to the support?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Breathcomplex and @JenLeachFitness.

Zoom's audio is somewhat dependent on having one microphone input active at a time.  If you are streaming music and also speaking, Zoom sees this is "one input" and allows both to enter the audio stream.

If someone else is streaming music, and then you speak, Zoom will likely prioritize your voice over the music.
