Multiple host login

I host a book club via Zoom.  I was out of town one week and gave my co-host my login so she could host.  Now, even though she is only entering the zoom meetings via the link (not logging in), she is logged in as me, and the video will not work properly.  She has cleared her cache and cookies, but it did not correct the issue.  Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @LEC1.

Sharing account credentials isn't a good idea - besides being against Zoom Terms of Service.

The best way to do this is to use the Host Key method.  Information about obtaining and using your Host Key is found in this Zoom Support article:

https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/205172555-Using-your-host-key

Note that the meeting must be set to NOT require a Waiting Room, and to allow Join Before Host (I recommend the 15 minute setting).  Your associates, in possession of your host key, join the meeting and click the Claim Host button from the Participants window and enter the Key, at which time they will Become the meeting host.

Thanks.  I should have looked into it more closely as it was a last-minute decision.  NEXT time I will do as you suggest.  However, I still need a solution to correct the video problem on my friends' end.

I really need a lot more information to trouble shoot a general “video issue”.  But see this reply to another person’s post – updating might fix the issue:
