I recorded a meeting to the Cloud. I can see 3 recordings in my Cloud for this meeting, but they are only a few seconds each, the full one hour recording is not listed. Any ideas on how to retrieve the full meeting or why it didn't save the full meeting?

It's really frustrating that there is no one on Zoom's team who will answer this. I have the same problem and no way to find out how to prevent it happening again.

I have the same issue. Tried to record during a SingFest .. .the first song recorded audio only - the video froze at the beginning. The second one recorded the same way but when I went back to check it out - IT'S MISSING !!! No audio no nothing !!! ... and I can't even CALL zoom to find out whats up. So why am I paying for this No Help issue.

I found an answer in another thread about checking "recordings" in the online zoom profile. It is NOT THERE and it is NOT IN THE DELETED folder either. So where is it ?

Same here. I have an audio file but missing video!
