On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hey guys. I'm having problems to connect my microphone to the app. The mic works perfectly in all apps, but zoom.
I've tested different microphones and no one works.

Hello @crchan123 , I am having this issue and cannot find a fix. My microphone works on my laptop but not with zoom. I have tried all the settings to make sure they are correct including app permissions. I have even re-installed windows and i am stuck. Please help.

Hi @TeacherDanny! are you updated windows 11 patch recently on your laptop. If yes then you must update your microphone drivers.

If your laptop is HP then follow these steps
1. uninstall microphone array from pc
2. go to HP driver website
3. select microphone drive
4.then download it to your pc
5. install it on pc by giving reference or direct
6.after installation complete restart the pc.
and your problem will be solved
