Hi all,
I recently recorded a Zoom meeting and upon closing the meeting the conversion stopped at 12%, I restarted by machine and re-loaded the app, the meeting still shows so I tried to convert once again, but that also cuts out at 12%. I've tried to start a new meeting and move the older files into that newer folder but again, stops at 12%.
There are 3 'double click to convert' files on my machine still clocking in at around 4gb so it looks the material is there, I just can't convert it? Had anyone else experienced this?
I'm working on a Mac and have the latest version of Zoom running.
