Hi - I preset a meeting to record in the cloud. The meeting presenters did a test run and it recorded. However, when the time came later for the presentation, it did not record. Has anyone experienced this? Is there anything I can do?

It is very rare, but within the millions of Zoom meetings, sometimes a server can fail and a recording cannot be made. If so, there is not much that can be done. However, in many cases, it can be due to somebody stopping the recording by accident, which is why I always have a record automatically, and if it is a priority, I will have a machine in the meeting to just do a local recording, too.
