We upgraded our account on Jul 26 to accommodate 500 participants in a meeting we held today.  However, when we reached 100 participants could no longer join.  What did we do wrong?

@Sue18 - When you purchased the 500 participant large meeting add-on, it would be a named user license.  Did you make sure that it was assigned to the host before you started the meeting?
