When I make someone a Co-Host, zoom removes me as Host. How do I make someone as a Co-Host and remain the Host?
2023-01-13 11:41 PM
This is not the known behavior of Zoom. When the Host grants Co-host to an attendee, the Host remains the Host. Only when the Host transitions their Host role to another person, do you end-up a regular attendee.
Even if you transfer Host control to another within the meeting and lose your admin privileges, if you are the account owner who started the meeting, you can always "reclaim host" control. There will be a button on the bottom of the Participants list that enables reclaiming host.
