Making somebody else the host with power to record locally

Hello

I would like to know if a meeting can be recorded locally by someone (host) that was not the creator of the meeting (and that creator not even being in the meeting).

In other words, can I schedule a meeting for somebody else who will host/have local recording powers without me needing to be in that meeting?

Je voudrai que n'importe qui puisse enregistrer en local sur son ordinateur, il n'est ni hote, ni co-hote...
Il a le message comme quoi il doit demander à l'animateur de lui permettre, mais comment peut-il faire si le détenteur du compte n'est pas présent. Ou comment l'animateur sait qu'un participant demande l'enregistrement... et lui permettre... Je n'ai pas trouvé dans les parametres cette possibilité... Merci de votre réponse, ou me dire s'il faut que je crée un nouveau post...
