I have two Zoom Pro (Paid) accounts, which always allowed me to record HD quality into the cloud (1280). Now, suddenly, with the same settings, both of the account will only record at 640x360 and with what looks to be low data bandwidth. In short: The video quality is terrible.
Has anybody experienced that same and are there any solutions to this?
I have 'third party video editor' and 'hd quality' enabled in both accounts.

Try sharing a full screen graphic with you video off before starting the recording and before admitting participants. After recording begins, turn on your camera, then admit other participants. This should tell the system to record 720P. However, webcams will still be at 360P recorded as 720P. If the host is the only webcam to be viewed and for some unknown reason needs to be 720P you could share the camera instead of using it as a webcam.
