Low Video Quality on My End with Logitech Brio Cam

I've noticed that while hosting Zoom meetings, my video output appears to be of low quality. However, I can view the videos of invited participants in high quality. I am using a Logitech Brio 4K camera. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue?

Did you get any resolve. This is absolultey a Zoom problem, it works fine on other conference calls. I may just quit zoom and use teams.

Hello @ALMDJOY!

Welcome to the Zoom Community! We're glad to have you here.
To set your camera to HD:

  • Click your profile picture (top right) > select Settings.

  • In the Settings window, go to the Video tab.

  • Under Camera, check the box that says “Enable HD.

Please note:

  • HD video is typically 720p, and 1080p is only available for certain paid plans (like Business or Enterprise) and might require enabling via Zoom admin settings.

  • If you're in a managed organization, your Zoom admin might control whether HD is available.

  • Enabling HD increases bandwidth usage.

Let us know if this helps or if you need further assistance.
