Lost recorded file due to Avast

This morning, I recorded a very important conference, and while I was converting the file, AVAST blocked the process for suspected fraudulent activity from ZOOM on my computer.  So all I have now is the beginning of the file that was converted (about 115 Mo out of a total of 482) The strorage vas made on my computer Mac Book Air and I looked everywhere for the orignal recording before the aborted file conversion, including in the trash but I cannot find it anywhere. Any hints as to where it could be?   Does ZOOM keep a record of recordings somewhere for a limited time ?  This happened yesterday Tuesday at 2pm Atlantic time.  Thank you so much for your help.

Look at settings > recording for the storage location.
