Lost and dishearted (can't record in 720 HD)

I try to record a meeting in hd 720 format, but the recording comes out in a smaller format. I do not understand why. I've already enabled HD recording for groups, in the meetings tab (and I've even closed the lock). I've already enabled my camera to HD. Does anyone know what I should do? The worst thing is that I don't find, in this support, any person from that company to turn to. Pure kafka.

Has this been fixed?
Seems to be stuck on 640x360 for months now and I've been looking around zoom alternatives because i use this for work, paid recordings. Simply not up to it anymore. So sad, because it was better 😞

I dont think Zoom has the solution to that.. even as if you capture card its give 640x360 even your capture card is 1080p or 4k.. crap Zoom.
