At work we have a Rally Bar Mini connected to a samsung flip screen (no controller needed) that does not access any meetings at the moment. When booking a meeting the meeting should appear under the zooms meetings list, which it does not do.
On the Zoom Admin page (Device management --> Device List) we see that the device's application status is online but under "Connected to Zoom" it says disconnected. Furthermore, is it not possible to update the device. All other settings such as digital signage are seen on the screen so there is obviously some connection.
Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
