On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Live Transcription Delay, bug?

Myself and my team have been using the live transcription feature since November 2021 on wi-fi without any issues. As of 2/15, the live transcripts have had a 1-2 minute delay which make them unusable in a live meeting. 

 

I chatted with Zoom support and they suggested it was because we are all using wi-fi but we have always used wi-fi and the team is spread out across the country. Has anyone else encountered this issue?  Worth investigating as a potential bug?

Hey @m_cce I haven't experienced any delay or lag with live transcription, but sorry for the delayed response! Are you still experience this problem? If so, I'd like to assist.
