Live Streaming on YouTube on a Preset Link

Hi

I want to stream my Meeting on a preset link. The help file asks to enter the YouTube Stream Key in the Live Stream tab of the Meeting. However, the Live Stream tab does not show the required field. I have activated custom live streaming in Settings > Meeting > In Meetings (Advanced) and yet I am not getting anywhere. Please advise how I can get this done.
