Link to program broken - Program won't load

On Monday (11-08-21) I installed Zoom on my boss's laptop for the third time.

 

On Tuesday (11-09-21) the link to the program was still working.

 

On Wednesday morning, the link was broken (again) and the program will not run.

 

No updates were performed, and no other software was installed.

 

The only solution I have found is to re-install the software.

 

Any other suggestions are appreciated.
