Launching a poll

I have set up a poll, and have launched the meeting, but no poll button appears on my meetings controls at the bottom of the screen. Any ideas how i can launch without the button, or why the button doesn't appear on my meeting screen?  I have a pro account

Hi,

First thing I would check is make sure you're on the latest version of the desktop app, which now is up to 5.11.11.

I would also make sure you maximize the Zoom meeting window as well.  Sometimes if you don't give Zoom enough screen real estate, some of your meeting control buttons will be under the More (3 dots) button, check there for the Poll button as well.  See my screen shot below, I shrunk down my Zoom window to the point where a number of my Meeting Controls buttons now show up as a list under the More button, including Polls.
