I don't think it's pulseaudio because 6.1.11 works, but here is its status:

I just discovered that it start when running under root.

Exact same problem here, but different system: EndeavourOS (archlinux-based) running LxQt desktop environment, running 6.2.6.2503.  Zoom worked great a month ago, but after reinstall now it only works with sudo.  What changed?  I hope zoom developers are reading this, I think they made a change in 6.2 that broke something.  Strangely, I have a different system running Manjaro with XFCE desktop environment, and zoom 6.2.6.2503 works just fine there.  I wonder if a GTK-based system is needed?  I see you are running KDE (Qt-based) and I'm running LxQt (also Qt-based)...
