Keyboard problems

While using the Zoom app, my keyboard is completely disabled on all apps. I have looked through the settings but cannot find any settings that would explain my issue. I also disabled my Windows Defender which did not solve my issue. It was a fresh install of the Zoom app as of 08/01/23. I had to leave the meeting and uninstall the app to get my keyboard to start working again. Thank you in advance
